At Stage & Drapes Support, we believe in equal opportunities for everyone. We don't want to exclude anyone and treat everyone equally. Our team of employees and freelancers is selected based on commitment, knowledge, and interest in our field, regardless of race, gender, culture, background, or sexual orientation.
At Stage & Drapes Support, we not only stand for equal pay for equal work but also recognize the importance of gender diversity at every level of the organization. At Stage & Drapes Support, there is no pay gap between men and women if they perform equal work. Men and women receive equal pay for the same work.
By undesirable behavior, we mean direct or indirect behavior by colleagues, customers, and suppliers that is harmful because it threatens or damages physical or mental integrity. In addition to (sexual) harassment, this also includes bullying, aggression, violence, and discrimination. We consider behavior undesirable if one of the parties involved experiences it this way. At Stage & Drapes Support, we take any form of direct or indirect undesirable behavior very seriously and take immediate action. Together with our independent confidential counselor, we discuss the next steps. With the consent of the person who suffered the undesirable behavior, the next steps are then implemented. This way, we ensure that our employees are protected from undesirable behavior in the workplace.
